Raw Material
Raw Material
We make sure our seafood is clean and unpolluted by sourcing it from the Indian Ocean, the Bay of Bengal, and the Arabian Sea. To guarantee the freshness of the raw material, our plant gets the catch refrigerated.
Microbiological Lab
Microbiological Lab
The fish meal is packed in HDPE bags in the packing area. Each bag is given a unique identification number before it is sewn shut and placed on a pallet. After the packing section, each batch undergoes laboratory testing.
Cooking/drying/Pressing
Cooking/drying/Pressing
The processed fish is transferred to each cooker where it is cooked, squeezed, and dried after being divided into its designated receiving sections. Cooking and drying the fish eliminates dangerous bacteria and enhances its nutritional value, particularly in terms of digestion. Fishmeal and fish oil are produced at the end of the procedure.

An integrated drainage system drains all chemical waste to the effluent treatment plant. This ensures that both the environment and the products are as hygienic as possible.
